Licensed local electricians

Keep the fittings, records and repair work connected.

Emergency lighting is part of a building's wider fire-safety system. We confirm the site records, access requirements, fitting condition and any design or practitioner involvement before the electrical scope is agreed.

01

Clear defect reporting

Failed fittings, batteries, charge indicators and access issues are recorded so the next action is easy to understand.

02

Work around operations

Testing, access equipment and shutdown requirements can be planned around staff, tenants and normal trading.

03

Installation through to repair

New fittings, replacements, circuit faults and high-access work stay with one accountable electrical team.

Common questions

Helpful answers before you book.

How often should emergency and exit lights be tested?+

The required maintenance schedule depends on the building's fire safety schedule and the standards that apply to the system. We review the available records and agree the testing scope with the building contact before work begins.

Can Future Proof issue the building's Annual Fire Safety Statement?+

We complete electrical installation, maintenance, testing and records within our scope. The building owner must arrange the Annual Fire Safety Statement and any required assessment through an appropriately accredited fire-safety practitioner.

Can testing be completed outside business hours?+

Yes. Where access, darkness or normal operations make it necessary, after-hours work can be included in the agreed scope.

Can you replace fittings in warehouses or other high areas?+

Yes. We have high-access commercial experience and can plan suitable access equipment, exclusion areas and working times for the site.
