I’m Michael “Mick” Buwalda, owner and electrician at Future Proof Electrical. Our team includes apprentices Caitlin and Lucas.

We work with homeowners, businesses and property managers on everything from a faulty circuit to planned switchboard, lighting and EV charging upgrades.

Before the job

We discuss the work, location and access. Some jobs can be scoped from photos; faults and more involved work may need an assessment.

During the work

We explain the agreed scope and discuss additional work before proceeding. Your home, workplace and access arrangements are part of the plan.

At handover

We test the work and explain the result, with relevant documentation and clear findings for property managers.
