Enquiry information

When you enquire, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, phone number, suburb, job description, optional email address, timing and contact preference. We use these details to respond, assess the requested work and arrange the next step. Please only include information relevant to the job.

How enquiries are sent

Website forms are processed by FormSubmit and sent to our business email. Photos sent by text or email use the corresponding messaging or email provider. These service providers may process information outside Australia. Their own privacy terms also apply.

Website and advertising information

The website records the page where your visit began, referring website and available campaign or advertising click identifiers. It keeps these details in your browser’s session storage for the visit and includes them with your enquiry to help us understand where enquiries come from.

Google Ads tags measure contact actions and confirmed form-service acceptance. Google’s call tracking may display a forwarding number. Google may use cookies or similar technologies for these services. You can manage cookies and site data in your browser; blocking them may limit measurement.
